PURCHASE
The acquisition of a service or activity offered by Courchevel Aventure implies the knowledge and acceptance by the person hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT" of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, without prejudice to the usual legal remedies.
It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to obtain information about the products, prices, and terms offered by the company through our staff, at the physical point of sale at La Croisette, or by referring to the brochure published by COURCHEVEL AVENTURE and the website www.courchevelaventure.com. The CLIENT is responsible for selecting the most advantageous options. The company cannot be held responsible for the CLIENT’s choice. No refund, date change, or time adjustment requests will be possible after purchase if based on a lack of knowledge of the information provided to the client through communication materials. The public prices of activities are displayed at the COMPANY's sales points. These prices are also available on the website www.courchevelaventure.com and in the brochure, available at several locations in Courchevel. Prices are stated in euros and include all taxes.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts for seasonal workers are only granted upon presentation at the sales points, at the time of purchase, of a document proving the said benefit (Courchevel seasonal worker card, employment contract, or pay slip).
No discounts will be granted after purchase.
RESERVATION TERMS
A reservation is only valid after the full payment of the service.
An activity time slot or service cannot be reserved until the payment is completed.
Courchevel Aventure cannot be held responsible if a service cannot be carried out or if a slot is assigned when payment has not been made.
PAYMENT TERMS
Any reservation will require the payment of the corresponding rate. Payments are made either in cash exclusively in euros, by a bank card accepted by the COMPANY (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express), or by ANCV holiday vouchers.

REFUND - CANCELLATION
Any service or activity reserved with Courchevel Aventure that has not been consumed due to the CLIENT will not be refunded, rescheduled, or offered on another date, regardless of the reason for cancellation by the CLIENT, and for any type of service.

In particular, any delay or failure to show up at the meeting point will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and no refund request will be accepted for these reasons.
Only a medical certificate will allow the refund of the reserved service, and only for the person concerned by the certificate.
If the cancellation is due to the COMPANY or one of its subcontractors, the COMPANY will offer the CLIENT the following three options:
-
Reschedule for a later date (subject to availability from both parties).
-
Offer another activity (either an activity sold at the same price or one sold at a higher price).
-
Full refund of the activity.

No claims based on any other type of damage than the amount paid by the CLIENT will be accepted. A cancellation or rescheduling due to Courchevel Aventure or one of its subcontractors will only result in the options mentioned above.

Any request for compensation must be made using the "complaint" form available upon request at the COMPANY’s sales points or by email.
The request for compensation must be received within 15 days from the reservation date.
For compensation approval, supporting documents (proof of payment, confirmation email, etc.) must be submitted to the sales point or sent to the COMPANY within two months of the service.
No compensation can be granted before the scheduled date of the activity for which a reservation was made.
DISPUTES
We are members of the Tourism and Travel Mediation Association.
You have the option to contact them if no agreement has been reached beforehand.
MTV Médiation Tourisme Voyage - BP 80 303 - 75 823 Paris Cedex 17 or by visiting www.mtv.travel for online submission.
If an amicable resolution cannot be found, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.

COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY RULES
All clients, regardless of age or status, must comply with basic safety rules and any instructions provided by the COMPANY’s staff. Non-compliance with safety rules and instructions may result in the termination of the activity without any right to compensation.
A client who is unable to understand the safety rules due to a disability, language barrier, intoxication, or being under the influence of prohibited substances will be denied the right to operate a snowmobile.
The company reserves the right to refuse any client who has consumed alcohol or is under the influence of prohibited substances for motorized activities (snowmobiles, grooming vehicles). In this case, no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
